BYU Bound

August 28th 2018 I hopped on a plane to come to Utah. As you can guess by the title I am officially a college student. Many people are still perplexed as to why of all schools I decided to attend BYU, as of today I am still not exactly sure why or how. Originally coming from NJ Utah is a different way of life. It is not diverse whatsoever, which will take some time to get used to. My first few says have been smooth. Transitioning was semi easy due to my mom being around. I have also met some other black students who have made settling in 10x easier. My roommates are awesome and are from all over. Classes officially start tomorrow so that's next up on the agenda!
